Milan is famous for being a large, lively city with well-equipped public transport system

STAZIONE CENTRALE

 Inaugurated in 1931, Milano Centrale station is located in Piazza Duca d'Aosta and is the main station of the Lombard capital, the second in Italy in terms of passenger flow after Rome Termini, and one of the main railway stations in Europe. (Hotel Flora is located approximately 200 m from the Central Station) 

 

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Milan's public transport network includes several underground lines, a railway link and an extensive network of buses and trams that make it easy to reach all parts of the city. (Hotel Flora is about 30 metres from the yellow and green 'Centrale F.s.' underground station. Hotel Flora is also 100 metres from the departure point of bus 60 and trams 2, 5, 9 and 33)rem 

 

MOTORWAY BUS

 The most convenient way to reach Milan from the airports is via the convenient 'Autostradale' shuttles that directly connect the Central Station with the airports of Malpensa (in just 45 minutes), Linate (in just 20 minutes) and Orio al Serio. CITYSIGHTSEEING

 With the famous 'Citysightseeing' bus you can easily visit the city and its main attractions (The Hotel Flora is about 100 metres from the 'Citysightseeing' bus stop”) 

 

STAZIONE CADORNA

Cadorna station is the second largest and most important station in Milan. Trains connecting Milan with important tourist resorts such as Como as well as to Malpensa airport leave from here. (Hotel Flora is located about 2.5 km from Cadorna Station. From Flora you can reach the station via 5 stops on the green underground, getting off at the 'Cadorna' stop)
