Sono Tatiana che avete ospitato nel vostro albergo dal 23 dicembre al 5 gennaio prima con l'amica e poi con la mamma. Vorrei ringraziarvi tutti per la vostra ospitalità, cordialità, disponibilità e buon servizio. Il vostro albergo è sicuramente un posto giusto per passarci due settimane. Hotel flora is very good, for a 3* hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful, they will help you with any information, for example were to go for dinner/lunch, were to find a house if needed, etc. The breakfast is also very good. It's location is awesome as it is pretty close to central station and the city centre. It is a nice choice! We only disliked the fact that the Internet was not free.

Location is excellent.. Just a 2 minute walk from central train station. Facilities were ok considering the price. Staff was helpful. Unfortunately you need to pay extra for wifi.

Very efficient check-in process and got to be room very quickly. I was only in Milan for the day and I didn't want to waste time standing in a check-in line. Staff was friendly and the location was excellent - near metro line (with a straight shot to Duomo) and near the train station! I have a sensitive back. Box springs felt very present in the mattress but it only caused a mild ache in the morning. Walls were felt little thin but only because I was trying to go to bed a little early as I was on the first train to Venice the next morning. The older gentleman next door had his tv up really loudly.

Esta a uma quadra da estação central, o que facilita a chegada/saída da cidade. O chuveiro fica em um cantinho do banheiro, separado apenas por uma cortina. "Box" muito pequeno. O wi-fi nao eh gratuito.

Da anni sono cliente dell' Hotel Flora e posso dire di essere pienamente soddisfatto tanto del prezzo, quanto del trattamento e non ultimo il fatto che si trovi a due passi dalla stazione in una zona centrale e vicino alla metropolitana. Percio' non solo tornero' a soggiornarvi in caso di necessita' ma lo consiglio vivamente anche agli altri viaggiatori.

Sono rimasta completamente soddisfatta dal mio soggiono in questo albergo. Lo staff molto gentile e amichevole, la camera pulita con tutti gli accessori necessari. 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dall’uscita della metropolitana. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'unica cosa negativa è che faceva un po' freddino nella nostra stanza in assenza del riscaldamento centrale. Il riscaldatore nella camera funzionava fino a mezzanotte e poi dalle 7 di mattina. Ma per fortuna c'erano i plaid che abbiamo usato per coprirci di notte.

Excellent location, close to the Central Station, metro lines and buses (including the ones that make the connections with the airports). The room was very small (I had a single room), but very clean, the stuff at the reception very friendly. The Internet access is not free. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Milan.

Room has safe, big wardrobe with huge mirror, flat screen tv with 4 English news channels and2 French. Bathroom is small, but nice, lots of towels. Anyway Single Room 107 is very small. Also heating is done by a/c, not heating system. And this a/c is quite noisy

Breakfast was served too late. We had to leave on 7.30, and they are starting to serve at 7.15. Wireless internet is too expensive, 5 Eur for one day- it is not normal.

Incredibly rude reception employees who did not notice our prior (written) request for a baby cot and were completely useless in even thinking of a solution. We ended up sleeping with the baby on our bed.

The location is good, the concierge can speak good english and nice, they provide proper information for the guset. Escpecailly the lady in the coffee shop, everying morning met her with smile and hard working, take care of the guests very much. Unfortunately the sound proof is not good, can be easily wake up by next door 'toilet flush' or 'door closing'

The hotel is very well located, close to the Stazione Centrale, where the buses from the airports have the end of the line, close to the metro, buses and trams stations. The room was small, but very clean. The stuff was very polite. I will recommend it for a short time stay.

Me gustó la localización, muy cerca de la estación central y fácil ubicación. El personal ha sido muy amable y las habitaciones se encontraban limpias. No me gustó el tamaño de las camas, muy pequeñas. El acceso restringido al internet. Se filtran los sonidos de otras habitaciones y del pasadizo. Pocos canales de televisión

I really enjoyed the location and also the breakfast but the receptionist was not too helpful; and although I addressed him in English he replied back in some strange kind of mix between italian and portuguese which made our communication unnecessarily rough.

Clean rooms, good staff. Recommended a nice restaurant around the corner. WiFi worked perfectly @ 5 eur per 24 hours clock time.

Room was a good size, well appointed and clean. Little extras like toiletries and slipper are available at no extra cost. Close to Central Train station - 5 min walk across the road to catch bus to airport. We stayed overnight to catch a morning flight. Gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating on the night that we arrived. 3 Comfortable lounging areas in the hotel. Very good value for the money.

We were looking for a budget hotel close to rail connections with breakfast provided. Flora filled each of these categories. A good walk takes you into the city proper so no hassles there or catch a cab. We would certainly stay there again. Thank you.

Avevo prenotato una singola e con mia grande sorpresa ho soggiornato in una matrimoniale davvero spaziosa. Camera pulita e accessoriata con tv al plasma, minibar, cassetta di sicurezza, scrivania e un armadio enorme e in bagno oltre ai prodotti anche le ciabatte!! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Hotel Flora is located right across the centeral train station of Milan in a relatively quiet neighborehood, with easy access to Malpensa and Linate Airports. There are also plenty of restaurants around the hotel. The center of Milan can be reached easily uing the Metro green line. The airconditioner in my room worked fine and hotel staff were very frindly and willing to answer all my questions. Beakfast was moderate and okay. Sound proof of walls could be better, although not a big deal.

We stayed in Milan for one night as a stop over on out way to Lake Como and this hotel was just what we needed. The facilities and location were exactly as described on the hotel website. Very easy location to find and close enough to the city's sights to enjoy an afternoon touring around Milan. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the breakfast was more than sufficient. We were very happy with the room, it was well secured, well sound-proofed, and the bathroom facilities were clean and modern enough for the price. Our only negative comment is that the room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, even though we though we had a non-smoking room.

Sehr gemütliches, sauberes und zentral gelegenes Hotel. Personal ist hilfsbereit und um alles Gäste sehr bemüht. Bars und Restaurants rundherum auch sehr empfehlenswert. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht mit der Metro erreichbar. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Jederzeit wieder!

L'offerta era conveniente, la camera più che adatta, una singola non troppo piccola. Tutto abbastanza adeguato e "nella norma". Qualche piccola critica la farei alla prima colazione che ho trovato un pò "ristretta"

Hotel is closed to Milano Centrale and subway station. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful which has two elevators inside the hotel. Room is clear but small. Breakfast is ok but only one lady serves around 10 tables. WiFi is not free which is charged eur10 for 24 hrs. I can hear my neighbour talking.

It was well located for the main station and for a selection of good restaurants (from cheap to expensive). The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Our room was comfortable, quiet and very clean. We would certainly stay at the Flora again if we visit Milan. The only thing that we disliked was the elevator which is a little small - if one is at all claustrophobic. But that is a minor matter. We would certainly stay at the Flora again if we visit Milan.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Flora and again I was not disappointed. I have stayed at a number of similarly rated hotels in the same area and I would have to say it is definitely one of the nicer ones. Both times I have stayed in a single room and whilst not "spacious" I like that the rooms are very, very clean. The location is fantastic because you are a 2 minute walk to the railway station and the subway is on the corner. The bus to Malpensa is also just a couple of hundred metres from the Hotel which suited me after my rather indulgent shopping expedition!!! . Staff always make the difference for me, especially because I travel alone, and I found the staff particularly friendly and helpful. I found them uniformly good - unusual in most Italian hotels. They were patient with my terrible Italian, but all spoke good English and were very obliging. I felt well looked after. The breakfast was simple - usual stuff, but plenty of it and the lady who served me was singing so obviously she was happy to be there! The only gripe I have is that I could not stay longer!!

Good location - the central station is in 3 minutes by foot. The rooms are nice - not very big, but it's fine for spending the nights. The bathroom is very well and good equipmented with some bathroom accessories. The breakfast was nice as well. I'd say this hotel is the good value for money if you are going to travel by trains or if you are going to shopping - the main shopping street -Buenos Aires Corso is in 7 minutes by foot from the hotel.

Had three nights at the hotel as a single (geriatric!) traveller. It's an excellent hotel, conveniently situated within a few yards of the Central Station and several reasonably priced eateries - but unaffected by the less appealing aspects of the Station at night. Accommodation tasteful and maintained to a good standard; my room was on the rear and very quiet. Breakfast entirely satisfactory and served with a laugh and joke. I'll try and find something critical to say (it's difficult): the room wasn't huge (but was quite adequate) and the pillows were a bit firmer than I prefer. But overall the praise which this hotel mainly receives from reviewers is fully deserved - it's convenient, comfortable, friendly and excellent value for money on the deal I got. Should certainly stay there again if and when I can return to Milan

My colleague and I were on our way home by train during the volcanic-ash-cloud crisis and Hotel Flora proved to be an excellent place to stay for (barely) one night since it's only 2 minutes away from Milano Centrale (main train station).

Für einen Kurzurlaub / Städtetrip, ist dieses Hotel völlig o.K. Zimmer sollte wegen des Straßenlärms nach Hinten liegen. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut !!!

Situation intéressante par rapport à la gare ,au métro, au bus pour l'aéroport(5minutes à pied). Hôtel calme, propre,l'accueil manque toutefois de chaleur.Bon restaurant juste à côté(Torriani 25)

The hotel itself was very comfortable and roomy. Our room was adequate. The location of the hotel was a little seedy but close to the station and transport.

A gerencia e os funcionarios sao muito simpaticos, principalmente a senhora que atende na colazione.

Accueil aimable, chambre single très petite mais propre et fonctionnelle, rue calme, proximité du métro (50 m), petit déjeuner compris correct.

L'albergo ha una posizione comodissima in quanto si trova a due passi dalla stazione centrale. E' molto pulito, curato e confortevole. Lo staff è gentile, cordiale e disponibile.

Buena relación calidad precio. Personal amable. Limpieza de las habitaciones correcta.El desayuno está bien. El hotel está a un par de calles de la estación central,es decir, cerca de los autobuses/ trenes que conectan con los aeropuertos y del metro que lleva a la Plaza del Duomo y al centro de la ciudad.
